Insight:

Millenials are used to ordering everything online even eye glasses so much that 

they’re forgetting the meaningful interaction with someone willing to help them 

with their shopping experience. 

 

Idea: 

Reminding people how meaningful an in-person customer service experience 

could truly be with a local team that cares.
